5th MRC Regional Stakeholder Forum

This album presents some of the photos from the 5th Mekong River Commission Regional Stakeholder Forum on the proposed Pak Lay hydropower project and other ongoing initiatives of the MRC. The forum took place from September 20 to 21 in Vientiane, Laos, with the participation of about 160 peoples. The participants represent civil society, governmental and non-governmental organisations, academia, the private sector, and development partners.
